We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Item must be in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • Items must be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been customized, altered, worn, or washed.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or part of a promotional combo.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.
  • Jewelry, accessories, and innerwear are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

⚠️ According to MyEthnicStyle.com policy: Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer without refund.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Initiate Request:
    Send us an email at 📩 contact@myethnicstyle.com within 7 days of delivery, mentioning:
    • Your Order Number
    • Name and photo of the product
    • Reason for return
  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your return is eligible and share the return shipping details.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

💸 Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following ways:

✅ Refund Approved If:

  • The returned item passes our quality inspection.
  • The product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

🔁 Refund Method & Timeline:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

🚫 Shipping charges and Cash-on-Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders once processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

🛡️ Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or damaged, or
  • Different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details at 📩 contact@myethnicstyle.com. We will ensure a quick resolution by sending a replacement or initiating a refund.

📦 Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be processed for items returned without prior approval or outside the return period.
  • Returned items that do not pass the quality check will be returned to the customer without any refund.
  • MyEthnicStyle.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or return if abuse of policy is suspected.
