EXCHANGE POLICY
In case of size exchange, customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:

We only offer EXCHANGES – NO RETURNS.

We charge a base fee of ₹200 to initiate the exchange process.

Once we receive your request, our customer support executive will contact you within 3 working days for further process.

myethnicstyle.com will arrange the product pick-up from the provided address once we receive the request.

The shipping company will make 3 pick-up attempts. If the customer is unable to hand over the product during these attempts, they will need to ship the product at their own expense.

myethnicstyle.com will not be responsible for any claims once this happens.

RETURNS
1. If You Receive a Damaged Product

We strive to match the true colors of our fabrics, but slight variations may occur due to screen calibrations and photography. At myethnicstyle.com, every product undergoes a strict quality check to ensure correct measurements and a damage-free product.

In the rare case that you receive a defective product, you will be eligible for a full refund against the returned product.

Here’s how to proceed:

Send us a WhatsApp message at 9214798007 attaching photo AND video of the package opening clearly showing the defective part.

We will arrange a pick-up from your delivery location.

If our delivery partners cannot provide pick-up service for your pin code, please return the package via India Speed Post and share the scanned receipt with us on WhatsApp.

We will refund your shipping charges according to the Speed Post receipt.

💰 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or the Google Pay number provided by you within 48 hours after we receive the parcel.

Important Notes:

We only accept returns in the case of a damaged product with proof provided.

No returns or exchanges for used products.

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

No guarantees are provided on fabric.
